I studied Biology and Fine Arts at Loyola University Chicago, where I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree through the Interdisciplinary Honors Program. Currently, I am a student at Midwestern University where I am working towards the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree. In my free time I enjoy painting, fitness classes such as Zumba and Turbo Kick, and I never miss a chance to go to a symphony concert!During my undergraduate studies I tutored children grade 3 through 12 in various subject areas: math, science, English, writing. I worked both with students who needed additional help to comprehend a subject area, and with children who already excelled, but wished to push their grades to the maximum. I was also a member of Stratford Festival's Classical Conservatory Company.My main approach to the study of these works of literature is to make them accessible. The works of Willam Shakespeare are still being studied after 400 years because they resonate with people. If I can open that door for my students, they can walk through it, and see a new wold.

I am a rising second-year at the Illinois Institute of Technology working towards a degree in Astrophysics. I have worked with students for a year and a half at Superior Training as a swim instructor, teaching students aged 3-14. I tutor a range of middle school to high school math, such as Algebra I and II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus I, and AP Calculus AB, with my favorite subject being Calculus I/AP Calculus AB. Recently returning from an incredible year living and working in Madrid, Spain, I'm looking to continue teaching Spanish and English to those who are motivated to learn. I began providing trumpet lessons at a young age, and then continued teaching privately in university in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel.
