I've recently graduated from college with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, minoring in chemistry; math; and gender, women, and sexuality studies.On campus, I've worked in pharmacology and bone/muscle labs. I've also worked as an emergency medical technician for six years now, and have helped other EMT students practice for their national exams. I love constantly learning new things in both of these jobs, and hope my passion for learning is transferred to my students.As an older sibling, I've been tutoring my brother and sister on everything from schools to sports. With test prep I've found that supplemental work on fundamental skills helps students improve their scores much more than working through a test prep book alone.
