Have you ever questioned a particular historical or literary narrative and wonder how the narrative was produced? History is an ever changing discipline that is derived from primary, and secondary sources, with the perspective of the author. In turn, this influences literary and academic authors own version of an interpreted narrative.
As a historian I am trained to educate my students to develop an appreciation, understanding, and connection to our contemporary understanding of past narratives. My goal is to teach you the who, how, what, when, where, and why the narrative you are learning is significant to our society.
I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and guide you to understand the macro and micro chronology of our ever changing and connected world.
