I work with parents and other caregivers to create the most well-rounded, successful learning plan for students, and work as a team with students and parents to develop learning goals. I help students to develop ownership over their own learning, and to feel successful about the skills they are developing as they continue to progress. I have worked with students as an SAT preparatory tutor, as an ESL tutor, and in an elementary school classroom as a student teacher. I am passionate about every subject I tutor, but my personal strengths are in developing literacy skills (reading and writing) in students K-12.
