I recieved a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Studies with a concentration in Original Works from Cornish College of the Arts in 2018. Prior to this I transferred from the University of California, Davis where I studied political science and Chicana/o Studies. I have worked with students as a theatre educator since 2013, when I tutored with the Youth Policy Institute at Woodrow Wilson Highschool in Los Angeles. Soon after that I led a team of professional theatre artists as Head Camp Counselor in the Camp Shakespeare Sessions of the Davis Shakespeare Festivals from 2014 to 2016. I taught young students the literacy, plot and character study, and performance of Shakespearean plays.
