I graduated from the University of Southern California in 2013 with a degree in Biological Sciences. Now I am in my second year of medical school, once again at USC, with the hopes of either being a cardiologist or dermatologist -- still have plenty of time to decide! During college I tutored two kids in 6th through 8th grade math. I really enjoyed helping them with their homework assignments, preparing them for exams, and watching them improve in their courses. During this time, I learned how to be a very patient instructor and an effective communicator. As my dad was a high school math teacher, I also learned a few things from him about how to teach difficult subjects to students. Since I am in medical school, I obviously love science involving anything that has to do with the body, so I would be very excited to assist with biology or other topics in that area.
