I am a graduate of St. Leo University. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. Since graduation, I have been teaching at the Elementary level, working with pre-school on social skills, and tutoring children in Writing, Reading and Math. While I tutor most subjects, I am most passionate about Writing and Math. I have experience in helping ESOL, ESE, and struggling students get prepare for Standardized Tests. My teaching philosophy is simple, I get students to love learning, so it's FUN and not work. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, playing sports, and spending time with my family.

After graduating in 2011, I have taught a broad range of subjects, mostly math and language arts for fourth through sixth grade students. I am taking a break from teaching in a formal classroom setting to raise a family and pursue writing. Tutoring has become a perfect fit for this time in my life because I still get to work with students on a regular basis.
