Math major at the University of Georgia with a 3.8 GPA. I am a certified math teacher for grades 6-12 and can teach virtually any math subject with tremendous knowledge in each area. I worked as a math tutor to fellow college students while attending UGA and have tutored math since my graduation in May 2016. I'm a senior at Washington University in St. Louis, where I major in both Psychology and Global Health and the Environment. I have five younger siblings (ranging in age from seven to fifteen), so I grew up patiently teaching new concepts and helping with homework. This translated into a passion for working with younger people, which I have developed by working in multiple countries as a tutor, teacher, and ABA implementer. I have experience across all age levels, and with a variety of needs and abilities.Outside of academics, I can usually be found engaging with the arts in one way or another. I went to a fine arts elementary and middle school, and a performing arts conservatory in lieu of a traditional high school. As such, I have ample love and respect for music, dance, and theatre.

I graduated summa cum laude in April 2020 from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Neuroscience, B.S. with honors in Psychology, B.A. in French, minor in Chemistry and certificate in Conceptual Foundations of Medicine. I love teaching and tutoring people in topics of all kinds and have done so since freshman year of high school when I began working as a private tutor and a junior teacher at a local learning center. Working with students is a passion of mine since I love learning, teaching and getting to know new people as well. I recently graduated from Sam Houston State University with a B.A. in Mathematics and a minor in Equine Science. I will be continuing on in my education when I attend the University of Houston to major in Mechanical Engineering. I've been working as a professional sign language interpreter and tutoring high school and college students in various levels of math. I'm most passionate about working with deaf students by helping them develop the basic skills to be successful in standardized testing and/or college level, but also enjoy challenging myself by working with students in higher level math classes as well. I also enjoy tutoring American Sign Language because it is a beautiful language that is part of a rich and interesting culture and I think it is important to educate as many people about it as possible. In my spare time, I love to travel (I've spent a summer abroad in France), read, watch and attend football games, shoot sporting clays with my family, and spend time with friends.

I am currently a junior undergraduate student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, pursuing a double major in actuarial science and accounting as well as a minor in mathematics.I've helped my classmates with their homework my entire life, but never thought anything of it until I was offered the position of mathematics and statistics tutor at Concordia University Nebraska.My tutoring strengths lie in business and mathematics courses.Outside of tutoring, I enjoy spending my free time with friends and relaxing outdoors.

I graduated from Muhlenberg College with a degree in Psychology, and I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in School Psychology. I am friendly and empathetic and really enjoy tutoring. I'm a recent grad of Stony Brook University with a B.A. in Psychology. I use my discipline of choice to break down the learning process and find the best individually tailored approach for each student. My favorite subjects are English, Math, and, of course, Psychology.Two of my specialties are SAT/PSAT and AP Test preparation. I received a National Merit Scholarship for the PSAT, ranked above 97th percentile in each area of the SAT, and achieved National AP Scholar with Honors.In my free time I enjoy gaming with friends, playing percussion, and listening to a variety of music. I hope to apply my education in Psychology to a career in game design someday. In the meantime I use the same principles to make lessons fun.

I am always excited to help others and would like to teach students to improve with their academic skills, help with home work, instant assistance and ace the college board tests, SAT I and SAT subject and AP Tests. I spent much time examining during my high school and would like to share my knowledge, experience, test tips, strategies and test time management skills.I will help students not only to understand a topic but also to develop their thinking and reasoning skills. I primarily use the student's current knowledge and engage him/her to grasp the topic and apply the information as required by making sure that they understand the material thoroughly by using different approaches, providing strategies and explaining the material until they find an appropriate approach that works for them. I also suggest the appropriate materials for the students. Being able to help students understand a topic and having them to apply is very satisfying to me.
