I recently graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor's degree in General Studies. I also have an Associate's degree in Economics from the University Hampate Ba in Abidjan (Ivory Coast)I am actually studying two get 2 certificates in public health and humanitarian management.I have a two years experience as a French tutor for the Modern Language Department of the University of Central Oklahoma.My favorite subject to tutor is French for the reason that I am a native speaker. I am really patient; I usually suggest to my students to record everything we are working on for a good understanding and pronunciation.I am looking to pursue a career in humanitarian work sector. My career goal is to become a fully-qualified and experienced humanitarian worker for a non profit organization.

Throughout my academic years at UCO, I was named to the President's Honor Roll list.I was also awarded several honors and awards. Some of the awards I received include the Michael Metzger Memorial Endowed Scholarship and the Economic Club of Oklahoma Scholarship. Both of these awards were considered to be the most prestigious award that can be awarded to an undergraduate economic student at UCO.Furthermore, I was also honored to have been chosen to join the International Business Honor Society of Beta Gamma Sigma in 2018. Invitations to this society were only given to the top 10% of undergraduate students at an AACSB accredited business school.Later on, I was chosen to represent the UCO College of Business to participate in the Broncho Business Leader Program. Students were selected for this program based on their academic achievement and their desire to grow in their leadership skills.I look forward to helping students achieve the grades they dream of. I strongly believe that every student has the capability of succeeding as long as the syllabus/lesson is delivered with passion and patience.

Since graduation, I have been a substitute teacher in two different school districts in Southern California. I have worked with students ranging from Pre-K to 8th grade, and from general education classrooms to special education and RSP settings. During this time I discovered my affinity for teaching and instruction. Of the different subjects I am qualified to tutor in, I am most passionate about the arts and sciences! I am proficient in Adobe Photoshop and have experience with both Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign. Creative writing is a passion of mine, and I love showing people just how creative they can be. I have lived and studied in a variety of places including Scotland, Germany, Cambodia, and Alaska, and bring a unique world view to tutoring.
