I am a Finance and Information Systems Major at Indiana University. I have had experience tutor students in math and science courses in high school and more recently have tutored students in a business excel related course. I really enjoy helping students perform better in their classes. My favorite subjects to tutor are English and Math for ACT, Calculus, and Economics (Microeconomics and Macroeconomics). I believe the best way to tutor students is by helping them think through each problem or concept to get to the correct solution. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends, learning about new technologies, and playing basketball and tennis.

I am a current student at Washington University in St. Louis, and have been tutoring for the last four years. While I most commonly worked with younger students in the beginning, I gradually took on an influx of older students as my teaching style developed. Because of this, I have experience teaching students from all ages and backgrounds. With my youngest learner ever being 4 years old and my oldest in her 50's, I wholeheartedly believe anyone can learn. I have the experience and desire adapt to each student's unique style of learning in any subject they need; from learning ABCs to multi-variable calculus, I have experience in it all.

I received both Doctoral Business Administration (DBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cleveland State University in Cleveland, OH. While I was pursuing my doctoral degree, I had the opportunity to be a Teaching Assistant (TA). As a TA, I taught Accounting Principal courses for two years. After receiving my DBA, I started working for a Fortune 500 company around the world. Before I graduate, I passed both Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant exams. Now I am both a CPA and CMA. I am a number person and I love to use my accounting knowledge and expertise to help business grow and be successful. Now I am a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a high-tech company, but I still have the passion to teach and share what I have learned and experienced with students. I really hope that my sharing can help my students to better grasp and understand the subjects I would like to teach.

Hello!I am a graduate of Case Western Reserve University with a bachelor's degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology. In addition, I have graduated Northwestern University with a Master's of Science in Reproductive Science and Medicine. I have experience working as a teaching assistant in college, as well as a private tutor for for several years now. The biological sciences and human development and physiology are some of the subjects I am most passionate about learning, studying, and teaching. I also greatly enjoy Psychology, English, and other science classes as well. I am bilingual, speaking English and Russian, which has aided me in helping many students learn Spanish, as I can understand the process of learning a second language. I have experience working with students of all ages, from kindergarten though college. I used to teach figure skating to kids (both in group and one-on-one lessons) which has really helped me learn to work with kids of different ages, and how to approach different learning styles l. I think the most important part of being a tutor is being able to adapt to the different learning needs of each individual student.
