About Me

I am a former high school math teacher for the Los Angeles Unified School District. I have also taught in South Korea, on the Navajo Reservation in Arizona, and briefly in Kenya (East Africa). I have taught everything from remedial algebra to AP Calculus. I have a degree in mathematics education from Indiana University as well as a degree in accounting from Ivy Tech (Bloomington, Indiana).And I can't wait to get back into the math! Some of my most enjoyable experiences in my profession involve helping young people gain a better understanding of mathematics in a one on one tutoring capacity. I look forward to tutoring math, so let's do it!
