About Me

I am a former high school teacher and a current graduate student. I teach all subjects, but I specialize in test preparation and English as a Second Language. I've lived and worked in four countries, including Japan, France and Jordan. I've taught classes up to 40 and tutored both individuals and small groups up to four, working with a range of ages, from preschool to adult, and a range of ability level, from participants in special needs programs to students at one of the most competitive high schools in Japan. I am an excellent tutor because I am patient, engaged and encouraging. I seek out the unique needs of each individual and hone my style to best meet those needs.
