About Me

I have a B.S. in Mathematics from UMass Amherst where I attended the commonwealth honors college. My Major was Mathematics with a concentration in Mathematical Computation, and I minored in Philosophy. The bulk of my university courses were focused on space and time complexity algorithms. I have a strong background in both Mathematical and computer science proof techniques and experience in programming. As a veteran of the AP program and the SATs, I have the insight and experience to help students understand what is important to succeed on their tests. My non-academic interests are all various forms of gaming. I have been a competitive Magic: the Gathering player for over 13 years. Otherwise I play many video games mostly older series: Touhou, Guitar Hero, and n64 speedruns. My current focus is on danmaku games, and I am currently working on programming my own game in that genre; I someday hope to be a full time game designer.
