Hello,My name is Rene Charles, Maurice. I am a recent college graduate. I work in financial services. I was a valuation analyst for the TMT Sector in the Student Managed Invested Fund (SMIF) at Florida International University. My team found the intrinsic value of a $27.45B Technology Company. We used an income and market based approach to determine the values. I ran a Monte Carlo Simulation on the assumptions from the DCF. The output after 10,000 iterations compiled with the weight of the comps indicated that the stock was outperforming the market and we expect to see a 23% upside off the current stock price. The company got pitched to the board, and it was approved and added to the University's Investment portfolio. After completing a business degree from Florida International University in December, I enrolled in a financial engineering and risk management course at Columbia University to enhance my credentials in financial derivatives. Course highlights include proficiency in areas of financial modeling.
