About Me

I am a graduate from Rutgers University with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Since graduating I have held a number of temporary positions as sought to launch a full time career. I have decided to take up tutoring because I wish to make use of the knowledge I have obtained and share my passion for learning with others. I see this as an opportunity to both help others and develop my own skills for the future as well as to stay sharp on the topics I devoted years of my life to master. As my degree might suggest, my strongest subjects are in math and science fields, though I also excel in grammar and history as well. While I have never tutored professionally before starting with Varsity, I have always been of the mind to master a topic to the point that I myself could explain it, which I have often used to help peers who were struggling. My hobbies in my free time are varied but include reading both fiction and non-fiction books, keeping appraised of current events, and occasionally attempting to read foreign novels in their original language.
