About Me

I started tutoring at SUNY New Paltz's tutoring center. I like to help students discover their own inner strength and guide them toward a path of academic success. I went on to teach English in Japan for three years after completing my masters in Japanese at UMass Amherst. I am a certified Japanese 7-12 teacher through Massachusetts. I am currently working toward the JLPT N1 as ACTFL's OPI at the advanced level.
