My professional background is serving as a Chinese to English translator for various private and government clients in the DC/VA/MD area. I completed my graduate study at Johns Hopkins University and my undergraduate study at Duke. I would love to share my love of learning Chinese and experience in the field of languages with students at all levels! In my free time, I enjoy hiking and outdoor activities, reading books and blogs about parenting (I am a mom to a 1.5 year old!), and improving my cooking with the aid of a meal delivery service.
