About Me

I have a strong desire to help people learn and grow and overcome their weaknesses. Education is a very powerful tool and I want to use my experience and education productively and help others reach their goals. I have casually worked with younger elementary students along with college students as well. I got my Biomedical Engineering undergraduate degree (B.S.) from Rutgers University-New Brunswick. I also have a Packaging Engineering Certificate. I have previously tutored elementary math, reading, and writing. I have also helped peers during my undergraduate career in study groups and outside study sessions. I love to tutor math, reading and science because they are my favorite subjects and I enjoy learning more about them. Since I understand the concepts well, I can teach it more effectively. My teaching philosophy centers around the ideas that education is limitless, making mistakes is very beneficial, and perseverance is key.
