About Me

I am a graduate of The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. I have a Bachelor of Arts in English, under the Writing, Rhetoric, & Communication concentration. I have spent over a year during college as a tutor in the school's Writing & Reading Center. I have also worked both customer service jobs and jobs related to teaching/caring for young children. I tutor mostly English subjects: writing, reading comprehension, speeches, etc. Though less experienced, I am also a History lover and willing to help when possible. I find no greater payoff to my work than seeing a student instill better writing habits and tell me of their improved grades. I tutor because I believe every student has the potential to succeed with the right help. Using the skills I have earned, I enjoy helping others find confidence in their writing/reading pursuits. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, playing video games, baking, and spending time with my family.
