As an educator it is my job to be a safe haven for ALL students. I nourish each mind equally no matter their race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, socio/economic class, and/or personal background. To provide equitable and differentiated education and experiences to all. I will help students develop skills to become the director of their own learning and become productive members of society. Lastly, and most importantly I not only nurture the student mind with academics, but also mental and social health awareness.
