I believe teachers are given the opportunity to build on foundations laid by parents for a prosperous future, not only for individual children, but for our society as a whole. Although this is a huge responsibility for the adults, I believe that through the education of children, we are able to deliver children the opportunity to find a future which they enjoy. I believe in the reward of seeing children flourish and it is worth the effort and dedication required. I am a strong advocate for partnership with the parents/guardians of students I work with. While classroom/large group and small group settings are both important, I find particular value in the opportunity to meet 1:1 with students. Meeting a student where they are and helping them grow is very life-giving and rewarding to me! I have both my bachelor's and master's degrees in the field of education. I have over 10 years of classroom experience in the "brick and mortar" school. Since 2020, I have been teaching and tutoring on-line. I have my degrees in and have worked with students in K-12th grades, both regular education and special education, across a plethora of content areas. Let's connect! I'd love to meet you!
