About Me

I am a graduate of Bellevue University where I received my Bachelor of Science in Adult Education. I am also a Licensed Practical Nurse. I have worked in nursing roles at hospitals. I have also worked in roles such as billing and registration. The last twelve years I have taught healthcare education. I have served in roles such as program director, clinical coordinator along with instructor. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about medical terminology, direct patient care and cardiology. In my experience with students I found that we are most successful through open discussion. This provides the opportunity for me to see where assistance is needed. Education is the foundation to success, and I enjoy being part of the success of my students. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, working in my yard and spending time with family.
