I have a bachelor's degree in elementary education from the University of Florida. While there, I student-taught in grades 2 and 3. After graduating in December, I was a long-term sub in a second-grade classroom, and then later in a third-grade classroom. I tutor in elementary language arts, math, science, and social studies. My favorite subject to tutor is math because it is the most fun! I would describe my teaching philosophy and my tutoring style as engaging and enjoyable. I am passionate about helping students because I love teaching them new things. Outside of academia, I am interested in animals, food, and music.
