Teaching should be catered to each student. I love the idea of knowing that my student could be the next game changer. I came to this conclusion after volunteering as a student teaching assistant at a local middle school. Students need more one-on-one collaboration as well as needing to be assessed for their individual shortcomings.
I do believe that I can help students build their confidence as well as learn to love going to class. The thought of learning something new that they can use outside of the classroom can be a magical experience. Starting to seek help at a younger age can have great benefits later in their educational careers. But first we must ask for help!
