Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of Miami Dade College, Florida to International University, and Albizu University. I received my Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on School Counseling. Since graduation, I have taught extensively, tutoring children and adults in Miami. (as I am a certified ESE instructor); and private clients in the Miami Dade County area. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about FTCE, Spanish, and English for English as Second Language speakers. In my experience helping struggling students prepare for The FTCE tests, improve their English and Spanish knowledge, we always seem to have the most fun (with remarkable advancements) preparing for the Critical Reading and Critical Thinking Skills portions of the exams. I am a firm proponent of education, believing it to be absolutely necessary for an improved quality of life, and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students. In my spare time, I enjoy preparing lesson plans that enrich my future students, running, and the odd game of playing soccer.
