Hello, I am Mrs. Michelle Valenca, and I am passionate about nurturing a love for science in my students. With a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from the University of Rhode Island, I bring over 20 years of teaching experience to the table. My approach centers on creating fun, engaging lessons that resonate with students of all ages, from struggling readers to adult learners. I specialize in tutoring a range of subjects, including biology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics, and have successfully helped students improve their PSAT and SAT scores over the past decade. I find great joy in guiding aspiring teachers through the FTCE and preparing future military personnel for the ASVAB. My goal is to empower each student to achieve their personal best, and I look forward to supporting your academic journey.
