Certified Tutor

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Biological Sciences from the University of Saskatchewan. Throughout my academic journey, I've found myself naturally gravitating toward tutoring, whether volunteering in high school math support programs, assisting ESL students with English, or leading study groups in university. During my time at the University of Saskatchewan, I also served as a teaching assistant in the College of Medicine, helping students navigate the complexities of anatomy and other science-related courses. I tutor a wide range of subjects, but I'm particularly passionate about English, the sciences (especially biology, physiology, anatomy and psychology), and math. I work with students from Grade 1 through Grade 12, and I aim to make learning engaging, dynamic, and even enjoyable to help transform studying from a chore on a to-do list into something students can look forward to. I enjoy finding creative ways to break down complex material and help students build the confidence they need to succeed academically. I believe that education is a powerful tool for improving lives, and I strive to share that belief with every student I work with. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy cooking new recipes, playing basketball, and traveling whenever the opportunity arises.
