Certified Tutor

I am a member of Case Western Reserve University (CWRU)'s Pre-Professional Scholars Program in Medicine, and earned simultaneous acceptances to CWRU for my undergraduate and graduate degrees. After earning my Bachelor of Arts in International Studies in 3 years, I spent one year working for an international education company before returning to begin medical school at CWRU in July 2017.

I have tutored students aged 8 to 18 in algebra, geometry, biology, reading, ACT and several other subjects. I believe each student learns in his or her own way, and I work with students to identify study methods that work for them. I like to use concept checks throughout a session and throughout a topic to make sure that the student truly understands the material.

Outside of tutoring and medicine, I enjoy yoga, baking, Broadway musicals, and watching The Office. Also, I have been known to travel far for a good cup of coffee.
