Hello! My name is Mark. I grew up in Pennsylvania and was a Biology major at the University of Pittsburgh where I graduated Summa cum Laude. In college, I tutored peers, was involved with a mentoring program in the sciences, and was a teaching assistant in Biology. Since graduating I've taught Chemistry and Biology labs, classical piano, and adult GED and ESL courses. In the past three years I have done test prep for the ACT and the GRE extensively, and know both tests inside and out.

I'm easy going, mesh well with most anyone, and have been told I have a knack for making myself understood. I've had the chance to work with kids as young as five learning piano to adults late in life who just want to finish their high school education or learn English. I love the diversity and challenge that comes with working with a variety of human beings. I'm always looking to learn something new and I love nothing more than to pass my knowledge on to others.
