With a BA and Master's in English and Elementary Education, my 16+ years as a teacher, college professor and a tutor with over 20,500 official hours have shaped my mission as an educator. My students academic grades improve by an average of two standard deviation above the mean.

After graduating with honors from the University of South Florida with my Bachelors in English 2009 and a Master's in Elementary Education 2011 I have made it my mission in education to convert difficult concepts into easy to understand ideas. I have personally built my own proprietary teaching system to assess students and assist them to reach their highest potential. In my many years of teaching, I learned and developed the concept that teaching is an art. Each level or student requires a different approach, which I paint with a different brushstroke. Learning, thus, becomes fun and accessible. Seeing the success, confidence, independence and joy on my student's faces is priceless. I always assess my students full understanding on the task at hand then once I know what the students knows, don't know and required to know on any given subject; the goal becomes making their biggest weakness into there greatest strength. This process makes even the most convoluted topics seem less daunting; leads to the best success in the short term and long run. In blending structure with relaxation, I make learning more enjoyable and stress-free. My approach has led to dramatic improvements in grades and writing confidence. I have had the pleasure of teaching countless students who went from struggling to write to winning writing contests, publishing books, developing post graduate thesis papers and most importantly their independence. I love homeschooling my two sons, engage in sports, yoga, and baking. I also enjoy seeing all of my students excel and hearing back from them years later about their successes. Once a mentor always a mentor. My husband and I enjoy giving back to our community and those in need.
