I first became introduced to tutoring my junior year in college when I received the opportunity to work with students in a failing high school. We were tasked with getting the students SAT/ACT ready and subsequently apply for college. One of my proudest moments to date was receiving the news that all students from the program had applied to college.

My tutoring experience has since moved on from to a more privatized setting but the reward has remained the same. Working students to build their confidence in and outside the classroom is an indescribable gift that I am fortunate enough to possess. My tutoring style of getting to know the student and parent and developing an action plan unique to the student has proven to be successful and appreciated in the past.

I am recent graduate of Howard University, B.A. in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude. I have since been accepted into law school and intend on going in the fall.
