I am a student at Rice University, where I study sociocultural anthropology while running on the cross country and track teams. I'm most enjoy tutoring elementary and middle school math and all levels of reading and writing. I'm especially passionate about tutoring writing. Although it has always been my most challenging subject, writing is challenging because it's important words allow us to know and create our histories and futures, and the impact they have on real people is something I take very seriously. I value learning as a collaborative endeavor, and I'm committed to helping students think critically and build confidence in all subjects. I'm also love listening to music and podcasts, being outside, and spending time with my family.
