I am a current Duke University student, where I am pursuing a liberal arts degree. I have experience tutoring students of all ages in many subject areas. I have extensive experience in the following subjects: Spanish, Russian, Reading, Writing (and Composition), and Statistics. Having struggled with learning in a traditional classroom environment myself, I had to adapt and find methods of learning and study that made sense to me. As a tutor, I think it's critical to tailor my tutoring style to the specific needs of the student to best aide in their learning and educational growth. I believe in creating an open, welcoming, and engaging tutoring environment.
