Elijah graduated with honors from Johns Hopkins University in 2018 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering. He earned Dean's List distinctions every semester, was accepted into the engineering honor society Tau Beta Pi as a Junior, and won the William H Huggin's Award for Scholarship and Service upon graduation. He has worked as a Robotics Software Engineer at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory and Honeybee Robotics. He most recently joined Dr. Enrique Mallada's research group at Johns Hopkins. He is studying networked dynamical systems such as the power grid and financial markets. His strengths lie in mathematics, physics, and programming as well as biology and history. He is passionate about learning and teaching at every age level. He builds students' knowledge through clear and thorough discussions of the material and strives to include interesting context and applications to motivate topics. He is happy to help you with your current challenge.
