I have a Masters Degree in Engineering from Georgia Tech. I have worked in the private sector for 20+ years solving real world problems. I have been teaching 7th Grade Mathematics for the past 2 years, but I have also been tutoring my children at home (including one child who has special needs) in subjects such as middle school math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, and Physics. My teaching style involves great patience by observing and listening to students to understand their specific problem area, and then addressing the student in such a way to help students not just learn but understand the particular subject area.
