I'm a graduating college senior majoring in pre-medicine and German who believes that education is the most valuable resource one can have. Each of us is on a different learning journey that will bring us to our fullest potential. Since starting school as young child, my enthusiasm for learning has only continued to grow. For the past three years, I have worked formally as a German tutor and teaching assistant at my university. This job has helped me set up wonderful experiences living in Germany for the past two summers, during which I have learned countless lessons about the German language and culture. Previous to this position, I gained informal experience teaching and tutoring various other subjects at the high school and college levels. I like to emphasize that there is no such thing as too many questions in my classroom, and that making mistakes is a natural part of the learning process.
