Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of Tufts University with a BS in Mathematics and Geological Sciences. I worked at AwesomeMath Summer Program for 3 years, where I was a Teaching Assistant for competition math, and have spent the last 6 months tutoring middle school students locally.

I mostly tutor mathematics because of my great love and exposure to the subject, but I am also well versed in Earth Sciences. When I tutor, I try to get a student to be engaged and curious about the subject on their own terms, because I find that is one of the most effective ways for them to enjoy and remember it.

In my spare time, I like to juggle and play music, and also spend some time thinking about recreational mathematics.
