I'm currently a college junior studying math and physics with a minor in history at Willamette University in Salem, OR. I've been passionate about physics, and the math behind it, for as long as I can remember. However, I recognize that these subjects can be rather stressful for others, which is why I want to help in any way I can as a tutor. On campus I tutor for the math department, helping first and second year students in their pre-calc through multivariable calculus classes. I always try to make tutoring as enjoyable of an experience as possible, as I believe that little progress can be made if you are not enjoying what you are doing. As such, I promote a very supportive environment where students feel like they are heard and supported.

Outside of my studies I try to spend as much time in the outdoors as possible. I am an avid skier, climber, and backpacker, and will never turn down an offer to go on some kind of adventure. Previously I played on my school's baseball team, and still follow sports quite extensively. I also love music and have played piano for more or less my whole life.
