I am an accounting student at BYU. I have always been enamored with the concept of learning and truly believe that anyone who has the desire can learn. The task is to find the way by which the student can learn and more fully understand the topic at hand. As a missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, I had the opportunity to manage my mission's finances as well as teach English native Spanish speakers in Colombia. I also have volunteered in high school as a substitute teacher for my AP Economics teacher whenever he was absent or need me to fill in for him. I taught both AP Economics and high school economics. I was also an officer in both FBLA and DECA, two business clubs. I also had the opportunity to compete in the national and international respectively for each club.
