After working as an emergency department nurse for the last decade, I realized there was more that I was meant to do within the nursing field. I had always enjoyed precepting new employees and taking on nursing students when they visited the ER, and began my journey as a nurse educator.

Working as a clinical and lab instructor has helped me grow as a person as I form amazing, meaningful relationships with the students that I am mentoring, as well as the other faculty I am working with.
