I am a passionate educator with over 18 years of experience in K-12 public schools. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education and a Master of Education Degree in Educational Leadership from University of Central Florida, and an Education Specialist Degree in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. I have had the pleasure of teaching students from kindergarten through 9th-grade in various content areas. I have tutored elementary students in the areas of reading, math, science and writing, middle and high school students with reading, writing and college preparation. I am currently a Reading Specialist and Gifted teacher at an elementary school. Not only do I help students with improving their skills and abilities, I also help students understand how to make connections to everyday life. My overall goal is to help students have fun and develop a joy of learning and growing. Through my fun and engaging lessons, you are able to experience my passion for teaching and learning.
