I'm a PhD student at the University of Utah, studying new fuel combustion. Since my sophomore year of undergrad, I've been a TA for all kinds of classes ranging from Multivariable Calculus to Organic Chemistry. I'm a strong believer than a holistic understanding of a subject is infinitely better than checking boxes, so I try to make sure that my students can not only do the work assigned to them, but also ensure they understand what it is they are doing. I think learning should be fun, and that the best teachers know how to do that.
