I am 22 years old, and am a May 2022 alumnus of Case Western Reserve University with a BS degree in physics. I am currently working toward obtaining a PhD in physics. I have a passion for understanding the laws of nature, and for helping interested students do the same. I have experience tutoring math and physics at the high school and college level. I particularly enjoy teaching AP/college level mechanics and electricity & magnetism material due to its fundamental importance in so many real world applications. I am a patient tutor who adapts his teaching to the strengths of the student, and who understands that fostering an ability to verbally articulate understanding of a concept is sometimes better than using a mathematical approach.

Outside academia, I am an avid skier, baseball player and musician. As an undergraduate, I played lead guitar in a band with my friends, and frequently enjoyed jamming as a creative outlet and as a study break. In high school, I played left field for my varsity baseball team, and am currently on a men's team which plays every Saturday. Lastly, I've skied with my family every winter since I was a toddler, and it is without a doubt my favorite pastime in winter.
