My name is Aleena Mariam Benny. I am an experienced teacher. I previously spent a year working as an Academic Specialist for the ed tech startup Byjus. During my employment with Byjus's, I was selected as a super tutor and my instructional videos were shared with other tutors as a valuable reference. About my educational background, I received my bachelor's degree in advanced zoology and biotechnology from Women's Christian College Chennai and my master's degree in zoology from Union Christian College in Aluva, Kerala. I am a go getter and I adore teaching. Interacting with students gives me happiness. Being a special educator during college days for Young Indian, My experience with Byjus's and taking tutions at home made me realise and understand how much I love teaching. My teaching approach revolves around instilling a genuine enthusiasm for science, nurturing critical thinking abilities and effectively utilising technology to enhance the learning process.
