I'm currently working towards attaining my bachelor's degree in history from The University of Kansas, and expect to graduate at the end of the year. My specialty is in US, European, and Middle East history, but I am capable of tutoring all parts of history and political science. I've won awards and scholarships in both high school and college in history, including an award for undergraduate research in the spring of 2023. As far back as I can remember, I've always been obsessed with the broad, amazingly interesting subject of history, both in and out of the classroom. I've been fortunate enough to travel to more than fifteen countries, always exploring historical sites and broadening my knowledge. My goal is not just to help my students succeed in their history and social sciences classes by helping them hone the necessary skills to be successful in this field. I also intend to spark their interest beyond their assignments and make them truly enjoy learning about history the way my teachers did and still do for me. In my free time, I also enjoy sports, reading, hiking, and hanging out with friends. I teach my other passion, boxing, at my university during the week.
