Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of Hamilton College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy and minor concentrations in Education and Italian Studies. I have extensive experience as an educator, having served as a teaching assistant, peer tutor, and peer advisor during my time on campus. In my hometown of Miami, I tutored math, English as a foreign language, and improv comedy to private clients and at an education nonprofit. My passion for intercultural linguistic understanding has led me to seek opportunities to teach abroad, including one year in Sicily, Italy.

Given my multidisciplinary academic and professional background, I am equipped to help students unlock their learning potential in various subjects: philosophy, Algebra, English, Italian, and Spanish. I am committed to helping students feel empowered through learning and value the importance of quality education to enrich their lives. My approach is learner-centered and as individualized as possible.

In my leisure time, you can find me reading philosophy, playing chess, or giving my two dogs infinite belly rubs.
