Certified Tutor

I am currently a Middle School Teacher at a Classical school, but teaching and tutoring have been a central part of my life for the past 20 years. My experience spans across public schools, private schools, and homeschooling co-ops. My passion for education began as a substitute teacher and quickly evolved into a full-time career where I taught high school Algebra and Geometry, as well as middle school math, English/Grammar, writing, and Bible.

As a homeschool mom, I've had the privilege of teaching and tutoring grammar and writing through my children's homeschooling program. This role not only allowed me to teach my own students but also provided the opportunity to guide their parents through the educational process.

In my role as a teacher and tutor, my primary goal is to help students not just learn the material, but truly understand the "what" and "why" behind it. I strive to work alongside each student, breaking down complex concepts in a way that aligns with their unique learning styles, helping them gain confidence and mastery in the subject.

In addition to my teaching experience, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Communications and a Master of Business Administration in Management. Over the years, I have explored various business ventures and obtained several business licenses, including real estate, loan officer, and insurance.
