I am a certified ESL teacher with experience in middle and high school education since 2020. My background includes being SEIendorsed and having expertise in both teaching and organizational development. Additionally, I hold a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, which has allowed me to incorporate a diverse skill set into my teaching practice.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in training development, and during my internship in a secondary academic setting, I assisted with professor evaluations and helped improve assessment syllabi to better align with institutional teaching methodologies. My ability to analyze and adapt academic content ensures that students receive instruction that meets their needs effectively.

I believe that connections and mentorships are vital to professional growth. During my Master's program, I had the privilege of being mentored by a seasoned professor, whose guidance has been instrumental in my professional journey. I continue to apply this philosophy of mentorship and growth in my current role by providing insights and recommending process improvements.

I have over 15 years of experience leading youth groups in community service projects, which has strengthened my ability to connect with individuals and foster positive relationships.
