Certified Tutor

I graduated from Pensacola Christian College with my Bachelor's degree in Finance and my Master's in Instruction and Curriculum. After that, I spent 10 years teaching in a Bilingual private school in Roatan, Honduras, where I taught all grade levels from kindergarten to graduating year. I also have experience teaching English to adults. Now I am tutoring part-time and working on a writing/editing team for a middle school math textbook. While I tutor in a broad range of subjects, I especially love teaching Math, including algebra, English as a first and second language, reading, and essay writing. I am passionate about education because every human being deserves to learn how to think critically and independently and have the skills to be successful leaders in what they set their mind to. I love having fun with my students while we learn and hope they gain a passion for how important their education is from learning with me. In my personal time, my favorite things to do are make memories with my family, help people, cook, and go on coffee dates!
