I'm a firm believer in the idea that knowledge is useless unless it is shared and expanded upon. As a rising sophomore at Boston College double-majoring in Finance and Computer Science, I want to take my experiences as an IB diploma recipient to students today. I have privately tutored a 6-year-old in Mandarin for 2 years and been a Teachers' Assistant at a summer camp in New York City, my hometown. While I tutor many subjects ranging from Algebra to World History, I find SAT prep and college application essays to be my favorite. I've spent entire summers perfecting my skills in these areas, and are also the ones I have received the most help in. I feel the most satisfaction in teaching these skills to the next generation, as it is my way in giving back to those who taught me.
